Reliability: We are available to our agent clients for their Ratified Contracts & Listings on business days. Since our team is located around the globe we are often available beyond regular EST business hours, Monday-Friday.

Timeliness: Action items are completed promptly and all emails are responded to within 24 business hours (typically much sooner). The transaction schedule is strictly adhered to and we submit deliverables on or ahead of due dates.

Trustworthiness: We make every effort to ensure error-free deliverables (ie. Proofreading emails and contract addendums [upon drafting], accuracy of summary of transaction terms emails, accuracy of calendar dates, accuracy of MLS entry, etc.) so that our agent clients know they can rely on us to truly “manage” a transaction without the need to supervise the tasks we handle.

Communication: We believe that communication is key to a successful and easeful transaction. We make every effort to communicate clearly and constantly so that all relevant parties are updated throughout the transactional process. We also ask that we be looped in on transactional information relevant to us by our agent clients.

Mindfulness: Considering the larger implication / impact of an action (even if it’s just an email) on a transaction, we don’t move too quickly when it’s wisest to pause. We aren’t robots and we think things through prior to acting and reacting.

Partnership: We see ourselves as part of our agent client’s “team” and truly take ownership of the transaction as if it was our own. We go the extra mile.

Respect: We value and adhere to respect and kindness in the workplace. We approach our agent clients, transactional colleagues, and our agent’s clients with respect each and every day — and we ask for the same.

Honesty: Honesty is fundamental to our relationship with our clients. We are honest with them and ask that they be honest with us.
