Purnima started processing real estate transactions in 2019 while living state-side and working closely with a TTR Sotheby's Int'l Realty agent. Very quickly, Trifonova Transactions expanded and now serves multiple TTR Sotheby's Int'l Realty teams in the DMV with listing prep and Contract-to-Close transactional processing. We keep growing!

• In operation since early 2019

• Working exclusively with TTRSIR agents since its inception 

• Initially began by providing Transaction Management  & Listing Prep Services to one TTRSIR agent but quickly grew to a client-base of over 17+ TTRSIR agents (& became a small business!)

• As a one person team, we processed (approximately):

  • ​41 contracts in 2019

  • 100 contracts in 2020

  • ​​186 contracts in 2021

  • 190 contracts in 2022

  • 148 contracts in 2023 (effective Nov 1, 2023)

• During the COVID-19 real estate boom, our client base grew steadily each year and we solidified our TM services, packages, and pricing;​​

• In spring of 2023, we shifted away from providing manual-only TM services to software-assisted TM via a partnership with the Open-to-Close software

• As of October 2023, Purnima Trifonova is licensed to practice real estate in Washington, D.C., VA, & MD
